As a Shamanic Astrologer, Earth Medicine Practitioner & Mystic Mentor, I walk with those who are ready to honor their own Sacred Path. I offer Customized Tools, Practices & Support for Healers, Artists, Athletes, Activists & Conscious Leaders who are committed to doing their Soul Work, tending their own healing processes & expanding their education in order to be in more alignment with their true purpose for this lifetime.
I believe in improvement over perfection, finding the blessings & lessons in any life challenge, and showing up to do my soul work even when I’d rather delay, deny or detour. This is a lifelong practice and ongoing evolution that you co-create with as you navigate the journey.
What I Do
CREATE SACRED SPACE
I create sacred space. Folks need sanctuary to heal, learn, change and know themselves better. I work with mostly women (and some brave men) individually through mentorship and communally through monthly circles online & around the world.
TRACK CYCLES & PATTERNS
My specialty is Cycles & Patterns — Personal, Planetary, Ancestral & Elemental. When we understand our own personal cycles and we understand where we are in the natural cycle, conscious choices become possible and you become more effective in all your pursuits. I create Custom Tools & Guidance to help you come into harmony with your own personal cycles & Nature’s rhythm & teachings.
CONNECT & COMMUNICATE
We are never alone on this journey. I help you strengthen your relationship with your Angels, Ancestors, Orisha & Spirit Guides — what I call your Invisible Team of support, protection & guidance. As you work with them, you will cultivate trust, clarity & confidence in your mystical practices. At the same time, all Tools & Practices are grounded in everyday rhythms & resources. It should not be hard or complicated, although you can get as elaborate as you are called.

I help you find and answer your life’s most essential questions. What does your Soul truly need? What Purpose is calling you forward? How do you access your Inner Resources on demand? Together we can look deeper. My work is to walk beside you as you explore, inquire & uncover the deeper truth of who you are and why you are here at this time.
How I Got Here
I spent my youth seeking to understand my place in the world. I was drawn to religion, philosophy & sacred practices for soul growth & self-mastery, including Earth Medicine, Astrology, Tarot, Grief Protocols and Shadow Work.
After the loss of my mother at a young age, I found comfort in the work of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola-Estés (Women Who Run With the Wolves), where I discovered the fierce Medicine of Story, Archetypes & the Wild Feminine Instincts. That opened the path to connecting with others, creating circles of sanctuary & cultivating spaces where like-hearted folks could gather to remember who they are, why they are here and what Medicine they carry.
Over the years I’ve studied with and been shaped by many wise teachers — Carlos Hudgins (based in Atlanta), Caroline Casey, Barbara Hand Clow, Maya del Mar (transitioned in2006), and ultimately Daniel Giamario and Cayelin Castell through the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School (now Turning of the Ages Mystery School). My path has also led me to Pixie Lighthorse’s Earth Medicine School and Yeye Luisah Teish’s Jambalaya Center for Ancient Mysteries & Sacred Arts, among others.
