Chiron Enters TAURUS • 2026-2034

10-min  Audio HERE

This is Chiron’s first entry into Taurus since the 1970’s. It will linger at Zero Taurus until Sept 17th, when it will Retrograde back to Aries for one final pass. You can use this 3-month entry period (June-Sept) to look for indications of how it may manifest for you.

Of all the planetary cycles we work with consciously, Chiron & Pluto are perhaps the most intimate, mysterious & transformational. Their orbits are irregular & difficult to predict in the same way that we track the more visible planets, which in itself reflects their nature. These are not energies you control with schedules, timelines or force. They move according to Soul Timing. They unfold in waves and they both ask us to participate consciously in our own healing & evolution.

Pluto & Chiron both represent very personal, yet essential, aspects of our human existence so I believe you should consciously co-create with both of them. While Pluto governs death, rebirth & transformation, Chiron governs the healing journey itself — the education of the Soul through lived experience. Chiron represents the places where life has wounded us, but also where we develop wisdom, compassion, resilience, and ultimately, activate our own unique medicine. Basically, all of those things “take as long as they take” and we cannot force or rush their evolution. This is why self-awareness becomes essential when working with Chiron. The more conscious you are of your own patterns, wounds, defenses, gifts & needs, the more effectively you can co-create with this energy rather than simply reacting to it unconsciously. Healing is not a one-time event; it is a lifelong relationship with your Self. Chiron teaches that healing is not about becoming perfect, it is about becoming whole.

Chiron’s movement through your chart marks significant periods of soul development, education, integration & emotional maturation. It often activates experiences that deepen your understanding of both your strengths & vulnerabilities alike. Certain periods in your life likely stand out as major healing initiations — times when your identity shifted, your awareness deepened or your priorities changed forever. Those are often Chiron periods. We all experience a Chiron Return between the ages 48–52, a profound initiation that asks: What have you learned from your life experiences so far? What wisdom have you earned? And are you willing to live from that wisdom moving forward? Chiron reveals where your SoulWork lives in this lifetime. The Sign placement describes the nature of the wound, as well as the medicine, while the House placement reveals where that healing journey unfolds most directly in your own life. When Chiron transits a particular area of your chart, it activates the next layer of your healing & SoulWork.

In this case, Chiron is moving into Taurus, where we will begin an entirely new collective healing journey centered around value, self-worth, embodiment, survival, nourishment, creativity & our relationship to the body & material world itself. Over the next 8-years, humanity will be challenged to redefine what truly sustains life — physically, emotionally, spiritually & economically. The old systems of worth & security are already changing, but Chiron in Taurus asks us to heal our relationship to those systems from the inside-out. For some, this healing centers around money & survival. For others, it is about the body, sensuality, food, intimacy, pleasure, creativity or the ability to receive support & manifest abundance without shame, guilt or fear. Taurus governs what we cultivate, what we protect & what we value enough to sustain over time. Chiron here reveals where those foundations have been wounded — individually & collectively.

Anyone born between 1976–1984 or 1926–1934 carries natal Chiron in Taurus and is already deeply familiar with these themes. This generation came here to heal distortions around value, scarcity, self-esteem, nourishment and the relationship between spirit & matter. At its deepest Shadow, Chiron in Taurus can create what some traditions call the “Hungry Ghost” — an endless hunger for something external that never fully satisfies because the original wound is actually spiritual & Ancestral, not literal or material. This can manifest as over-consumption, hoarding, scarcity consciousness, unhealthy attachment to possessions, imbalances around food, sex or money or a chronic feeling that there is never “enough.” Some people swing between extremes of feast & famine, abundance & depletion, over-indulgence & self-denial. Others disconnect from the body altogether, struggling with self-worth, self-care or the ability to truly receive pleasure, rest, beauty or support.

But Chiron in Taurus also carries extraordinary medicine. At its highest expression, this transit teaches us how to rebuild a grounded, embodied relationship with life itself. It reconnects us to the wisdom of the body and the intelligence of the Earth. It teaches us to cultivate value rather than chase validation. It reminds us that abundance is not only financial — it is energetic, emotional, spiritual, sensual, relational & creative.

Taurus is deeply connected to the senses, and Chiron here invites a profound healing through embodiment. Nature becomes medicine. Beauty becomes medicine. Touch becomes medicine. Food becomes medicine. Slowing down becomes medicine. Gratitude becomes medicine. This is not superficial self-care. This is Soul level restoration through reconnection with what is natural, authentic & sustaining. Over the next 8-years, many people will radically redefine their relationship to work, wealth, resources & quality of life. The collective obsession with over-production and survival-at-all-costs will increasingly reveal itself as unsustainable. Chiron in Taurus asks a much deeper question: What actually nourishes your Soul? Not what impresses others. Not what culture rewards. Not what temporarily numbs the wound. What truly feeds your spirit, your body, your heart & your life force energy?

This transit also teaches us about stewardship — of our resources, our energy, our time, our bodies and the Earth itself. Taurus understands cultivation. It understands patience. It understands that real abundance is grown over time through consistency, devotion & care. The healing available now is profound but it requires honesty with your Self. You cannot heal scarcity while constantly abandoning your Self. You cannot build sustainable abundance while living disconnected from your body, your values or your own nature. Chiron in Taurus asks you to slow down long enough to listen to what your life is trying to teach you through your relationship to comfort, survival, pleasure, money & self-value. And perhaps most importantly, this transit teaches that self-worth is not something granted by the world. It is something cultivated internally through conscious relationship with your Self.

And now, a new level of healing is ready to take root.
