8/17 • Mars (action & desire) ~square~ Neptune (dreams & illusions):
This energy can feel rather bothersome, to say the least. Essentially, you might encounter challenges directly linked to past choices. These are the very choices that you eventually realized were mistaken, hoping that somehow their consequences would pass you by. Sadly, they don’t. You may experience deep discouragement, perhaps even a sense of depression, coupled with feelings of fear or doubt. To navigate through this energy, take a step back, reflect upon your choices that led to this point, and then, as objectively as you can, assess what went awry. Amidst this energy, the inclination is to abandon entirely the path you have chosen, when all that is truly needed might be a few adjustments. Strive to pinpoint the conflicting aspect causing this inner turmoil. If objectivity feels elusive or identifying the issue proves challenging, seek the opinions of two others and then trust your own instincts on the direction to pursue. There is also a temptation to be deceptive, whether to yourself or others, so resist that urge, as it will return to haunt you later, perhaps even more strongly. Your physical energy may also feel diminished. Avoid forcing yourself into actions that don’t resonate right now. Instead, contemplate what actions might be necessary once your energy returns. Embrace the stillness. Refrain from engaging in confrontations with others, for this energy nudges you beyond your comfort zone into new territory. You must consider this a test of sorts. Confront your fears & clarify your desires, that will be the most effective way to manage this period. Regarding these two planets (Mars & Neptune) creating a challenging angle, reflect on actions taken (Mars) that have not worked toward fulfilling your dreams (Neptune) and that is where the “tweaking” can commence.
8/17 • Mercury (ideas & thinking) ~trine~ Saturn (structure & organization):
This energy is good for deep thinking. You are sharp and your standards are high because you are in ‘strategy mode’. This is a more solitary energy though, so communications with others may be hampered a bit because it is time for you to hold your own, at some new level. It’s time to focus on the details that hold the big dream together, all the little things that make the grand vision work. Some respect that attention to detail while others may consider it nit-picky but it is what the energy supports at this time so don’t worry if others don’t understand. By the same token, you may also feel a little overwhelmed by the many “little things” that cannot be denied or delayed and thus a sense of urgency to get it all done. Beware of a tendency toward pessimism, depression or overwhelm. Try to stay focused on all the blessings that you do have and all that you have accomplished instead of what’s still on the list of things to do (in life). This energy is not intended to make you feel bad about all the things left yet to do, but encourage you to begin the necessary steps for manifesting your dreams. This energy just makes you focus on the practical side of manifesting. Clear the debris, and begin to lay a new, clean, solid foundation beneath your goals. Saturn gets you present to the necessary steps and Mercury helps you to think clearly.
8/17 • Venus (relationships & finances) ~sextile~ Jupiter (expansion & optimism):
This energy amplifies your connections, whether personal or professional, enabling you to elevate the vibration & potential of those relationships to their own natural next level. In personal interactions, the atmosphere is sociable, light & fun. In professional or public settings, interactions flow more smoothly as people are relaxed, open-minded & enthusiastic about exchanging ideas. This energy sparks our inherent optimism and a positive mindset, making it an opportune time to broaden your knowledge base and sharpen your skills in a way that enhances your value to the team. You will carry the frequency of success & abundance. It is a good time to cultivate a strong connection to your own instincts and be more confident in your interactions with others. Cultivate community & connection and watch the expansion of your joy and a major increase of your magnetism under this influence. These are the two “benefactors” getting together to create an “opportunity” of some kind – don’t miss out!

8/21 • Venus (relationships & resources) ~oppose~ Saturn (physical limits & reality):
When the Sun opposes Saturn, the focus shifts towards the individual, whereas Venus opposite Saturn sheds light on the relationships that you have naturally attracted or repelled in your life. Midpoints serve as invaluable checkpoints and opportunities for course-correcting. They offer a clear retrospective view of your starting point, providing incredible clarity regarding your present circumstances. There exists a tug-of-war between your authentic values and the current reality of your relationships or resources. You might find yourself questioning the significance or relevance of certain people or elements in your life. This phase may confront you with challenging yet unavoidable personal truths. Avoid self-pity and refrain from projecting your feelings onto others. It is time to take ownership & forge new pathways. Dwelling on the past will only hinder progress. Challenges may revolve around commitments made out of obligation rather than a genuine desire to contribute. Harness this energy to align your reality with the values residing in your heart. Do not allow change-related anxiety to deter you from making pivotal decisions in the moment. Succumbing to fear might lead you toward martyrdom or a victim mentality. Define your aspirations, commit to the necessary work to manifest your vision & take action! That is what Saturn will reward with tangible, enduring outcomes.
