8/3 • Chiron Retro in TAURUS (until 1.6.2027):
Chiron is best known as the Wounded Healer, the aspect of Self that came in with a wound to address this lifetime and in your chart, it represents your *Healing & Educational Path* – it is all that you learn on the journey to wholeness & integration and the healing & education that results from that journey. Right now, it is dancing on the cusp of Aries/Taurus. It lingers at Zero Taurus until Sept 17th when it will re-enter Aries for one final pass, which will facilitate the closure on all the healing work you have done over the last 9-years. One of the things I’ve noticed about doing your healing soul work is that, when you are in-it, it is hard to see what is actually happening, what kind of healing & integration you are doing, however, now we are coming out of it and moving into new healing territory. You should begin to see & feel the upgrades that have happened, the healing work that you have been able to do around your identity, desires & true purpose. That soul work will support the new directive in Taurus.
This week, Chiron Retrogrades at Zero Taurus and starts moving back toward Aries. Over the next 5-months, you will likely notice how new issues are arising and old issues are fading because you have evolved, integrated & released them through your soul work and shadow work, which is what we do with Chiron. During Chiron Retrograde every year, we get an opportunity to check-in with ourselves and see what hurts or is tender and slowing us down. Take some time to review both energies (and their respective lessons) to see what is being highlighted for you. Aries brings the healing & lessons of courage, independence & overcoming fear of new beginnings. Taurus brings the healing & lessons around your self-esteem & self-worth, especially where personal security & creature comforts are concerned. This 5-month period is going to reveal where you’re at in your own process. This time is deeply supported for a personal inventory or inner review. You have to be willing to face the fears & hurts, accept the losses & defeats, and then get up, dust yourself off & try again. Chiron can help guide this process.
Initiation: Chiron in Taurus will begin an entirely new collective healing journey centered around value, self-worth, embodiment, survival, nourishment, creativity & our relationship to the body & material world itself. Over the next 8-years, humanity will be challenged to redefine what truly sustains life – physically, emotionally, spiritually & economically. The old systems of worth & security are already changing, but Chiron in Taurus asks us to heal our relationship to those systems from the inside-out. For some, this healing centers around money & survival. For others, it is about the body, sensuality, food, intimacy, pleasure, creativity or the ability to receive support & manifest abundance without shame, guilt or fear. Taurus governs what we cultivate, what we protect & what we value enough to sustain over time. Chiron here reveals where those foundations have been wounded, individually & collectively, and where the renewal is being initiated.
Completion: While Chiron is in Aries (2018-2027), we have been opening up to the new directive of self-healing, self-assembling & self-mastery. For the last several years, you have had to be brave & pioneering and experiment with new ways of being, reconnect with your own instincts & face challenges (and your Self) head-on, which has built strength, resilience & character that you can stand on now, going forward. We all learned that, although we have to do for Self (be self-sufficient & self-contained), we do not have to do it alone. We learned to heal ourselves before engaging with others and get our needs met in all new ways. This soul work will support the next leg of the journey as we know who we are and what we want – so now, we heal & integrate all new values & priorities based on that new identity & purpose.

8/6 • Sun (energy & identity) ~trine~ Saturn (discipline & order):
This energy gives you direction & discipline at the same time. Use it consciously to fuel your goals at this time, as you will be blessed by your past efforts. You are completely supported to structure your life in a whole new way. It’s time to take a personal inventory, organize your life, especially your home, office or immediate environment. Naturally, this kind of shift will also affect those you relate with in these close environments, so be mindful of others who are not necessarily as *clear* as you may be at this time. A new order is trying to take root, which scares some & excites others, and this activation supports you & your personal definition of stability & good boundaries. You have access to focus & dedication that can set the tone for the next season, as you clarify the connection between who you are and what you are truly responsible for in this lifetime or for the season. Evaluate your daily routine and see what’s working and what’s not and move forward with some new choices.
8/6 • Venus Enters LIBRA (until Sept 10th):
Venus (values, priorities, resources, love, art, beauty, culture) in Libra (balance, reciprocity, relationships) is a time to restore balance within your Being and develop a new sense of self-worth & self-value. This is an opportunity to renegotiate the terms of your primary relationships and determine what is no longer important to you, while preparing to go deeper. If you align your priorities within your own Being, as well as within your primary relationships of now, then this year’s Harvest should be abundant indeed! When Venus is in Libra, it is time to assess your priorities & reestablish balance with a cool head (Air Sign), what’s fair, just and worth it for you, by your own definition. It’s time to take an honest look at how you, your life and choices affect those closest to you. And you want to reflect on how effective your choices actually are (or have been) in attracting your heart’s desires. Remember, Libra is the lesson of “balance & reciprocity” which must be considered before taking on the Scorpio lesson of “karma & creation”, otherwise you only create more “karma & creations” to clean up along the way. Venus will always remind you that you ARE what you attract and you show the Universe what you value by what you spend your primary resources on (time, energy, money). So use this time to recalibrate things consciously and look for new ways of relating. Also, keep in mind that Venus is going to linger on the cusp of Libra/Scorpio for the rest of the year as she activates a whole new 18-month cycle.
