Happy Spring! I recently took a little break from hosting so many events but May brings me back to life, with more events & new offerings! That said, in order to schedule them, I need a little feedback from you. I have had several recent requests for help with navigating a Saturn Return & Jupiter Return so I have created a 3-hour workshop for each where we can go narrow & deep for 2026 in a private group setting, which is always fun! Plus, you will get a 30-min one-on-one with me after class to discuss your own cycle & placements, along with tons of other custom goodies. My question is this: What is your time/day preference? As long as we’re talking classes, I made a final decision on this year’s Astro 101 Class, which will be held in July/Aug because I will be launching a new Venus Circle in the Fall when Venus Retrogrades in Scorpio – plus, I hope to be with Yeye Teish at the Jambalaya Center in Oakland for some part of Ancestor Season in the Fall.
May arrives as a powerful threshold where expansion, awakening & deep transformation are all coming together at once, asking you to grow beyond who you have been while getting more rooted in who you are becoming. The personal planets are engaging with the social & collective planets this month, making it all personal & subjective. That said, it also eases up just enough for us to integrate whatever we can before the next wave of energies & evolution comes. For the most part, we have ease & opportunities but Mars challenges come to push us to change with the times, including our desires & preferences, a lot has to shift in order to accommodate the new energies being activated at this time.
There is a dynamic interplay between inspiration & reality, vision & responsibility and freedom & discipline. You may feel surges of insight, creative downloads & an urge to move forward quickly, while at the same time encountering moments that require you to slow down, reassess & realign with your core values & deeper truth. This is not delusion or chaos—it is a purposeful recalibration of your identity, your mindset & your direction. The energies this month are working together to expand your awareness, dissolve illusions & strengthen the inner & outer structures that will support your next chapter. Your task is to stay conscious, discerning & grounded as you navigate both the opportunities & the challenges unfolding at this time.
There is a beautiful alignment of Earth & Water working together to anchor both your sense of Self and your vision for what is possible. With Sun & Mercury both in supportive relationship to Jupiter, you are being invited to see clearly who you are becoming while simultaneously thinking bigger about the life you are here to create. This is not random “luck” — it is the natural result of aligning your identity, thoughts & beliefs with a more conscious, optimistic perspective. Your awareness is expanding, and with it comes the ability to recognize meaningful connections, supportive allies & promising opportunities that serve not only your personal growth but your role within the larger community. At the same time, Spirit is asking you to ground this expansion — to tend the practical foundations that will hold your bigger vision as it takes form. Say yes to learning, teaching, sharing & gathering wisdom in all forms, as this is a potent time to upgrade your inner narrative and acquire tools that support your purpose. Let your imagination lead, but don’t drift — visualize your desired outcome, place yourself in the picture, and then take tangible steps to bring it into reality. The more generous, open & intentional you are now, the more you activate a reciprocal flow that mirrors that energy right back to you.
There is a potent initiation into deep, soul-level transformation where both your identity and your mind are being recalibrated through the crucible of Pluto. As Sun & Mercury square Pluto, you are being called out of your comfort zone and into an honest confrontation with what is no longer sustainable — especially around self-worth, personal values & how you show up as an individual within your community. With Pluto in Aquarius, this becomes a long-wave evolution that you will engage twice a year, offering ongoing opportunities to shed your outdated identities & thought patterns so that something more authentic can emerge. Sun illuminates what has reached its expiration date, while Mercury reveals the deeper mental patterns, beliefs & internal narratives that must be transformed. This is your invitation to do sacred composting — to consciously release, process your grief & clear what is complete, rather than clinging to it and creating unnecessary suffering. Go beneath the surface: question your own motives, observe where you may be fixating or trying to control outcomes or others, and redirect that energy toward your own inner work. Trust your inner compass over external noise and make the choices that align with your evolving truth, even if they require endings. Tie up loose ends, close chapters with intention & create new practices that reflect who you are becoming. When you work with this energy consciously, it purifies at the root, leaving you lighter, clearer & more grounded in your true, empowered Self — ready to contribute from a place of personal integrity & deeper authenticity.
There is a powerful ignition point where mind, body & Spirit are syncing up to awaken a whole new level of authentic self-expression. With Mercury conjunct Sun & Uranus, you are receiving a surge of insight, clarity & sudden awareness—like lightning striking your consciousness—revealing who you are becoming and what you are here to contribute in a more awakened way. Information is coming fast, downloads are real, and your voice carries potency right now, but this is not a one-way broadcast. True alignment comes through conscious exchange—listening as much as sharing—so that your ideas can evolve in real time. Stay curious, explore new terrain (physically or mentally) and follow the threads of inspiration, but anchor them by writing things down, organizing your thoughts & discerning what is truly viable before acting. At the same time, Uranus is shaking loose any outdated identities, habits or dependencies that keep you from embodying your most sovereign Self. This can feel disruptive, but it is ultimately liberating if you work with it consciously. Let the discomfort reveal where you have outgrown old roles or ways of thinking, and choose to shift with intention rather than waiting for external chaos to force the change. Ground your nervous system—get into Nature, move your body, breathe deeply—so that you can integrate these rapid awakenings without overwhelm to your own system. Engage with like-minded souls who stimulate your growth, but resist the urge to prove, push or prematurely act on every insight. Instead, honor this as a sacred recalibration: capture the revelations, validate what resonates & take aligned steps toward a life that feels more free, true & self-directed. This is your moment to embody your uniqueness & make your own contribution in a way that only you can.
There is a stabilizing, clarifying window where your thoughts and your life-force are aligning with Saturn’s wisdom, inviting you to ground your ideas in reality and take full responsibility for your path forward. With both Mercury & Sun in supportive aspect to Saturn, you are being asked to slow down, assess what is truly working & tend to the structures that will support your long-term vision. This is not about perfection or harsh self-judgment, but about honest personal inventory—what needs repair, refinement or release altogether? Stay engaged with what you have already begun, organize your environment & focus on the details that bring your ideas into form. There is a tender but clarifying passage where Venus is being shaped by both Neptune & Saturn, asking you to bring your relationships, values & resources into deeper alignment with truth, integrity & spiritual maturity. On one hand, Neptune can blur the lines—highlighting potential over reality, dissolving illusions & opening a powerful channel for creativity & compassion. On the other hand, Saturn brings the reality check—revealing where there is imbalance in giving & receiving, where commitments are weak or where boundaries need to be strengthened. Let creativity be a healing outlet, but keep your feet on the Earth—take practical steps to honor your needs, reinforce healthy boundaries & make adjustments where necessary. Resist the pull toward negative thinking or emotional withdrawal; instead, focus on strengthening what is real, nourishing & reciprocal. When you align your heart with both vision & structure, you create relationships & resources that are not only inspired, but sustainable & soul-supporting.
There is an intense crucible of fire & power where Mars is activating both Jupiter & Pluto, amplifying your desire to grow, push limits & claim your next level—but how you use that force makes all the difference. On one hand, Mars & Jupiter together can inflate confidence and tempt you to overreach, overcommit or act on enthusiasm without a grounded plan, and with the emotional Water Element in the mix, things could get volatile. Instead, slow down enough to get clear on your true motivations & desired outcomes. Channel this potent energy into focused, intentional action—take calculated risks, not reckless leaps. Tie up loose ends, complete what is already in motion and be willing to release or sacrifice what no longer supports your growth. Stay aware of power struggles, both within & around you, and choose conscious response over reactive behavior. Ground your energy physically, mentally & emotionally so that you do not slip into extremes. When you align your passion with purpose and your will with wisdom, this energy becomes a powerful catalyst for transformation—helping you step into a more authentic, empowered version of your Self without losing your center in the process.
Ultimately, this month is about claiming your power with wisdom, aligning your actions with integrity & choosing evolution over comfort or the familiar. You are being asked to release what is non-essential, clarify what truly matters & take intentional steps toward a more authentic & sustainable way of living. Trust the insights that arise, but also take the time to properly ground & integrate them. Honor your need for solitude as well as meaningful connection with others. Balance your vision with practical action and your passion with restraint. When you work consciously with these energies, you transform potential overwhelm into focused momentum & steady growth. This is how you build something lasting—by aligning your mind, heart & will with your Soul’s deeper purpose and allowing that truth to guide your choices going forward.
