5/24 • Sun (energy & focus) ~sextile~ Neptune (vision & imagination):
This energy prompts a momentary dissolution of the ego, allowing your authentic SoulSelf to radiate! It directs attention towards your spiritual center, urging an assessment of its supportiveness. If you have drifted from your spiritual practice, this energy facilitates a smoother reconnection with your own spirit, intuition and your overall life’s purpose. It invites you to recognize where your contributions hold significant value by considering the needs of others beyond yourself. Discovering a need and addressing it in your own distinct & delightful way becomes more natural under this influence, fostering a more generous & compassionate disposition. Your physical energy may be low as a result of Neptune channeling the Sun’s Source Energy inwardly to re-charge your Spirit. Otherwise, it could be projections of all kinds, yours & other people’s as well. Best to spend some intentional solitude, preferably in Nature if/when/where possible.

This is a profound test of your inner strength & core identity, demanding a certain level of surrender and an increased self-awareness in order to navigate successfully. It challenges you to evolve, urging you to master challenges & surmount obstacles while cautioning against any overly aggressive behavior that could harm your Self or others in the process. If approached with wisdom, this powerful energy holds the potential for significant transformation, provided you are personally clear on your identity, desires & choices, and willing to make the necessary sacrifices for your own growth & evolution. Power struggles, both internal & external, may arise, as this energy impacts everyone at this juncture. It is a critical period to tie up loose ends before embarking on new beginnings, as unfinished business could hinder future endeavors. Aligning your inner power with balanced actions & considered choices is paramount during this time of intensity & transformation.
5/26 • Sun (energy & individuality) ~trine~ Pluto (purification & transformation):
This energy ignites a strong desire within you to accomplish your goals, by any means necessary, and while you may come across as assertive, it ultimately serves a positive purpose. The changes at hand are necessary and facing them head-on will provide invaluable insights that strengthen your foundation, facilitating organic evolution to the next level of your own life. This transformative energy encourages deep contemplation about your individual needs & desires, prompting you to reassess and potentially reform or release certain aspects of your Self, your life or environment. Seizing the opportunity to evolve consciously will mitigate any intense Pluto energy. This energy helps you leave a lasting impression or positively impact others if you want to, but be sure that your actions & words are aligned with the highest ethical standards. Any attempts to manipulate others for personal gain will likely backfire on you. Embrace this positive, uplifting energy to clear away obstacles and manifest the life you were meant to live.
5/28 • Venus (values & priorities) ~square~ Saturn (commitments & responsibility):
This energy might foster a sense of detachment in your connections and coolness with loved ones. It serves as an opportune moment to appraise and weigh the equilibrium within your relationships, assessing the harmony between giving & receiving. Be it in business or personal spheres, relationships usually thrive on a balanced exchange. You might find yourself more conscious of your innate independence and reevaluating the necessity of certain relationships at this juncture. This phase propels you to delve into your inner resilience & personal determination to live in-alignment with your own values & priorities. Consequently, it is easier to discern the need for corrections or adjustments and they might become quite evident during this period. Feelings of loneliness, despondency or disconnection could arise, but it is usually an opportunity presented by the Universe to scrutinize & reassess your current interactions, both with others and how you allow them to interact with you. Periodically evaluating even the strongest relationships is beneficial to ensure a solid foundation. Avoid succumbing to ego-based fears or focusing solely on shortcomings & limitations. Instead, focus on reinforcing your strengths and honoring the positive aspects that you create together, as well as within yourself. This phase encourages Intentional Solitude, as the insights gained through this introspective process will eventually provide stability & guidance for your future endeavors.
5/28 • Ceres Enters GEMINI (until Aug 12th):
Ceres rules how we nurture and like to be nurtured. As it moves through the Signs, it also moves through your respective Houses, activating your Planets and bringing some much-needed loving, caring, nurturing, maternal energy to those zones. It takes about 5-years for Ceres to move through all 12-Signs so the last time it was in Gemini was Aug/Sept 2021 and the next time will be April/May 2031. When she is here, we all get a concentrated dose of nourishment in our Gemini/Sag and Virgo/Pisces Departments by default. It is a once-in-5-year renewal in the Gemini zone, which is your Mental Health, your ideas, thoughts & concepts. After the couple of years that we have had, this is critical to co-create with consciously. You are supported to re-set how you think & express yourself in the context of what feeds, nourishes & protects you and what you love. We should give some extra attention to improving our Mental Health in any way we can. Feed your mind GOOD stuff – not toxic, junk food that gives you a high but also includes the inevitable crash. Protect your peace of mind by limiting input – your system can only handle so much. Part of nourishing your Mental Body in new ways is expanding your ideas & concepts – think bigger! Do things or watch things or listen to things that inspire & uplift your consciousness. What have you been feeding your mind & consciousness over the last 5-years? How can you improve that and/or do it in a new way? My typical prescription for good mental health is to double the good stuff – for example, if you have to watch your 1-hour news program every day just to stay informed, then counter-balance that with 2+ hours of good comedy or inspirational programs. Take advantage of Ceres’ loving nature to down-regulate your nervous system & soothe your over-stimulated mind. Take a mental health break while she is here to get the maximum benefits.
