10/4 • Sun (core essential Self) ~oppose~ Saturn (physical limits & definition of reality):
This is an annual process of development. The Sun makes it personal and all about you, the individual. Saturn helps move your timeline along and build the literal aspects of life, the basics of providing for yourself (food, shelter etc) and your own personal limitations. What renewed aspect of Self got activated about 6-months ago and how do you want that to fully develop over the next 6-months? This is a potent midpoint, the most powerful course-correcting time in any cycle, this one being an annual meeting between Sun & Saturn, a check-point between you and your responsibilities. Each year, you evolve, some years more consciously than others so this is a good time to check-in with your own personal definitions of what you are or are no longer responsible for. Often, this energy activates a push-pull between who you are and who you want to be; between what you want to do and what you have to do. My age-old advice is to: do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do. And while it may not be the easiest path, it is usually worth it for the peace of mind that it brings. You may swing between extremes of fulfilling all your obligations to the neglect of your own Truth & Purpose -or- neglecting your obligations and doing whatever you choose, which only means those obligations will be there when you get to them and they will have most likely increased by the time you do. Balance is the key! Practice, there is no perfection and it’s time to practice handling business before pleasure.
10/6 • Mercury (ideas & thoughts) ~conjunct~ Venus (values & priorities):
This energy invites you to perceive the underlying harmony or cohesive thread weaving through the tapestry of your life, encompassing its diverse experiences across time. It heralds a fresh perspective on communication, self-expression, and the worth of your ideas, thoughts, concepts & creative projects. You may find yourself articulating long-held ideas with newfound clarity, perhaps even expressing affection or emotions in profound ways. It is a fertile period for your Inner Artist, where creativity flows unbounded, allowing for innovative expressions that you have yet to explore. Embrace the freedom of imagination, exploring ideas without fixating on outcomes. While delving into these connections & revelations, resist the urge to over-analyze; instead, relish the depth that they offer, fostering personal growth and a deeper comprehension of life’s unfolding magic customized for your own level of consciousness. Recognize the purpose within past challenges and acknowledge your journey toward personal self-mastery. This energy sparks inspiration & original ideas, illuminating new pathways in your personal journey and revealing alternative possibilities that you may not have considered until now. With spontaneity & creativity at its core, caution is advised against change just for change-sake. However, if you are prepared for a significant transformation, this activation can offer the clarity needed to overcome long-standing obstacles. When harnessed consciously, it has the power to break you free from stagnant routines and inspire authentic change. Armed with newfound energy and newly awakened insights, you are propelled toward a revitalized state of being, even if it disrupts the status quo or confuses others. Embrace unconventional thinking, improvise, explore new activities & connect with diverse communities to fully harness this transformative energy.
10/10 • Venus (values & priorities) ~square~ Mars (desire & passion):
Your Inner Sacred Feminine & Masculine are urging you beyond your comfort zone and into uncharted territories. It is a moment to recalibrate how you give & receive as well as your state of being versus doing. Understanding the Signs & Elements is beneficial for consciously navigating this activation (Scorpio/Leo). Tune into the direction of your personal power and recognize what naturally attracts or repels you. Whenever Venus & Mars converge, the focus pertains to your relationships, encompassing both personal & professional, private & public. Squares introduce necessary tension to stimulate action, facilitate change & activate new choices. The Libra New Moon is an excellent time to set your intentions for restored balance within your own Being, enabling healthier relationships, naturally. Keep in mind that you will always attract your own *Vibrational Match* … so how’s your vibe these days? Inviting, welcoming … or … guarded and suspicious? This is the month to set intentions around conscious equal partnership, whether public or private, short-term or long-term, balance is the key. This is the month to honor The Scales that we must weigh our personal progress against our obvious manifestations in relationships (for better or worse). It’s time to assess the strength & value of each one (one-by-one) and what kind of time, energy & resources you have and are willing to invest further with this person, situation or agreement. Soulful kinship and a sense of belonging are vital for most humans and we need to cultivate that more than ever these days. In our primary partnerships, we can practice renegotiating as we go, at regular intervals, and I highly recommend that you do because it keeps everyone on the same page. We can be part of something without being burdened by it. We can have soulful connections without losing ourselves. We can still love each other even if & when we do not agree. It’s time to define your individual terms and start renegotiating with those who matter, while releasing those people, situations or agreements which are no longer relevant or useful.
