11/11 :: Venus Enters CAPRICORN (until Dec 7th):
Venus rules everything we care about, love & value. Capricorn energy is all about that which supports & protects what we love & value. It also rules how you make decisions and structure the foundation of your own life, what holds it all together and it often represents your individual ‘container’ for your personal life. It’s the lesson of being responsible for your thoughts, feelings, words & deeds and understanding how they are all connected to the physical reality of your life. Your outer reality reflects your inner reality. It’s about building inner strength & fortitude that automatically creates outer order & stability. Capricorn is Ruled by Saturn, which is the last visible planet and speaks to our definition of reality, as well as our physical limits. Saturn is about dedication to the step-by-step process that accomplishes the long term/big goal that will ultimately support more than just you and yours. If you are consciously participating in life, then this is a potent time for you to see the fruits of your labors and receive some earned rewards or benefits. However, if you are overwhelmed by decisions you’ve already postponed overlong or the instability of fundamental aspects of your life (home, work, food, shelter), then it’s time to meet your Inner Architect who can help you survey, clear, dedicate, design and ultimately, build the NEW clean foundation to support yourself.
This Venus work is going to be very personal for those with Cancer/Capricorn and Aries/Libra activated in their charts. In this case, Capricorn means the structure of your life and the reality you’re currently living has evolved and adjustments to your responsibilities, commitments and decision-making skills should reflect the *upgrade*. Taking a time-out to review your own reality, how it works, what it grounds or anchors in physical form and how it serves you (or not). Capricorn energy always reveals where you are rigid, dry or unstable. It’s about carrying your own weight, not the weight of the world and Capricorn is very present to the here & now fundamentals (home, work, food, shelter). It’s time to dedicate your efforts toward productive ends that both support you and serve others.

This energy is good for deep self-reflection and intentional solitude rather than negotiating with others as it can create challenges around communication & self-expression. It is easier to feel misunderstood when trying to convey something or you may seem a little down to others when it’s more of a serious, not necessarily negative vibration. This is not usually good energy for business negotiations unless every detail is very clear to all involved. This energy often makes you most critical of your Self, but it could trickle over onto others as well.
Basically, Saturn helps you see where any weakness & instability is going on, so you’re recognizing what needs to be fixed or fortified, and Mercury can actually be useful for learning. Beware of a tendency toward apathy, pessimism and/or depression, that’s Saturn & Mercury, which makes it more mental than literal. Try to stay focused on all the blessings that you do have and all that you have accomplished instead of what’s still on the list of things to do (in life). This energy is not intended to make you feel bad about all the things left yet to do, but encourage you to begin the necessary steps and be okay with small measures of progress for now. This energy tends to make you focus on the practical side of manifesting. Clear the mental distractions & emotional debris, and begin to lay a new, clean, solid foundation beneath your goals. Then, strategize about the details of bringing them to fruition. That will cheer you up too!

11/15 :: Saturn Direct in PISCES:
First things first, Saturn takes 28-30 years to travel through all 12 signs, spending 2-3 years in each sign. Saturn is also known as the Great Teacher, Father Time or Lord of Karma ~ its whole purpose is to teach important lessons, determine healthy limits and remind you that YOU are responsible for all of it ~ who you are as well as what you create in the world. As Saturn moves through the sky, and thus through each sign, it will activate Saturn Lessons for the collective. During the 20th Century, Saturn moved through PISCES: 1905-08 … 1935-38 … 1964-67 … 1993-96 and now, the 21st Century brings the first one in 2023-26. You can reflect on the history of those times to assess the collective lessons and repetitive patterns (there are many).
We are in an unprecedented Seed Time for our personal, social & collective lives. Think of Saturn as a Teacher/Guide. Think of Aries thru Pisces as the Lessons that we all have to learn and just like any other education, some things will be naturally easier & naturally harder, according to your individual blueprint & disposition. During PISCES, the Lessons have to do with surrender, integration & good boundaries. We are completing a 30-year cycle of Reality & Purpose. Personally, our Roles & Responsibilities have run a full cycle and should be considered for renewal at this time. Imagine, this is the time to *incubate* the New Vision that you will act on and activate in very literal terms when Saturn hits Aries in 2026 so we want to prepare consciously.
On the positive side, we can harness our imaginations to think differently and dream bigger so that we are calling in a New Vision for Self & Humanity, as well as a deeper connection to and reverence for the mystery of life on Earth. We are being called to more awareness & care of our physical bodies, as well as improved spiritual practices and deepened dedication to honoring being a Spirit in Human Form. We will re-set our personal boundaries in social & collective settings and reclaim our power to control the input of information or images into our consciousness, being more discerning & creative, rather than being lazy & accepting things at face-value.
On the negative side, the Shadow expression of this energy leads to literal insanity, a disconnect from reality because it is too harsh, upsetting or counter to the vision in our minds. We can lose ourselves in the overwhelm of societal & collective crumbling and go down a dark tunnel of victimhood, martyrdom & judgement.
When Retrograde, we will get to re-dream our reality in some way. Tune-in to the Higher Self and ask for concrete directions on how to proceed. This means we may have to tweak our spiritual practices during this time to be more effective & meaningful. It’s definitely a time to heal & integrate anything blocking or delaying your results & rewards. As it goes Direct, we will have an opportunity to move things around to accommodate the evolved vision for the year.

11/15 :: TAURUS Full Moon:
The Taurus Full Moon is the time to clear any self-esteem issues, release any famines & recalibrate your values & priorities, with a special focus on initiating a whole new year & cycle of creation that is associated with the Taurus/Scorpio Lunation of Late Spring & Late Fall. You should start with looking within for any kind of excess or famine that can hinder your New Moon *Seeds*. The energy supports releasing that which is no longer important to you or no longer a priority in your life so that you can experience a new or different kind of existence and your creative projects can come into being at a whole new level. Taurus energy can reveal where we’ve become stagnant and the word that keeps coming to mind over and over again is “movement”. It’s time to move your energy in a new way and create a *Moving Meditation* for yourself that helps get you back in-touch with your own body. Scorpio likes to release & purify, while Taurus likes to acquire & solidify so this is the best time of year to go through all your *stuff* (whether internal or external or a bit of both) and release as if you were moving into a smaller space. Play with the exercise of “downsizing” your life even if you don’t technically have to at this time.
As your personal clearing unfolds, you may find it’s time to review your individual Self-Love/Self-Worth Issues – as we release outer aspects of our lives and inner aspects of our Being that ‘used to be’ important, relevant or useful but have lost their life-force energy, so it is time to release so that we can make space for a new life. We can create brand new ground for planting in the Spring, in other words, clear out in preparation for … fill in the blank with your own creative baby that’s wanting to incarnate, at this time. This is a potent time for consciously co-creating with the Life/Death/Life Cycle. What in/around you needs to “die” so that something of greater value can come into existence? What within or around you needs to be cleared & released to free up time, energy, space & resources for a new level of embodiment or new level of creative flow? You may need to lighten the load so that you can conceive a whole new life or new way of life for yourself. We are reconnecting to Source this month, so renew your connection to that which nourishes & sustains you, with gratitude for now & faith in the future that we are conceiving at this time with the Scorpio New Moon.
