I usually send out the JUNE Monthly Missive during the first week of the month, but if/when things come up in-between, you may get the occasional additional email to alert you to events or classes that are time-sensitive.
5/31 • SAGITTARIUS Full Moon:
At this point in the annual journey, we are being supported to consciously process, assimilate & eliminate. The last 6–12 months have delivered profound experiences, revelations, choices, challenges & shifts in awareness — but now comes the essential work of integration. This is the phase where lived experience transforms into embodied wisdom, where insight becomes understanding & where your evolving consciousness begins to solidify into a new internal foundation. If you do not take the time to integrate what you have lived through — the changes that you have navigated over the last year, the lessons you have learned, the wisdom you have earned & the choices you have made — then those experiences remain scattered fragments rather than becoming structural support for your future. Ideas must eventually become bricks in the foundation of your own creation. Otherwise, the nervous system can become overloaded by too much unprocessed information, emotion & stimulation. Many people may feel overwhelmed now or sink deeper into confusion & mental exhaustion, simply because nothing has been sorted, filed, released or grounded into practical reality.
Gemini Time, every year in May/June, invites review, reflection, curiosity & exploration around the ideas, perceptions, conversations & possibilities that have emerged over the previous 3-6-9-12 months. This is a season for examining the stories you are telling your Self and the meanings you are assigning to your experiences. Next month, during Cancer Time (June/July), the focus shifts toward the fundamentals — what truly nourishes, protects, supports & sustains you emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually. The ideas surfacing now will soon be tested for their capacity to become part of your real-life foundation. Choose the ideas that carry life-force and vitality. Choose the perspectives that resonate within your Heart-Center rather than those rooted in fear, pressure, scarcity or external validation. Choose the thoughts, beliefs & stories that expand your life instead of limit or restrict it. Simplify where necessary, prioritize consciously & reallocate your resources so that you can redirect your energy with intention and not be unconsciously swept up in the intensity of the collective currents swirling around you.
The energies of this Spring have offered an opening to clarify your thinking, explore emerging possibilities, and imagine entirely new ways of expressing your Self, as an individual. But this is only the beginning — the first small step onto a much larger new path unfolding over the coming years. There is no need to rush. Pace yourself. What matters now is staying present enough to recognize what is no longer true, what no longer belongs in the story you are creating & what must be released so that something more authentic can emerge. This Full Moon energy can help illuminate the outdated narratives, identities or perceptions ready to be cleared away. As you review the first 6-months of 2026, take time to step back and ask yourself what deeper meaning is emerging from everything that has unfolded. What story are you telling about your own life? More importantly, is it actually true? Is it aligned with who you are becoming? If not, this is the time to consciously revise the narrative.
6/1 • Mercury Enters CANCER (until Aug 9th):
It is officially time to process, digest & release all that we have been through, and not just for this year, but for the last several years since 2019 was the last year of Mercury moving through all Water Signs. Mercury in Cancer is a special reminder to be cautious & caring – with Self & others. It is time to get okay with moving sideways & backwards before going forward, and like a crab, we explore the perimeter to make sure that it is safe before going after what we want. Since this year has activated this amazing awakening and forced us all to connect with new ideas, thoughts & concepts to communicate or express ourselves, this will be a great time to further develop whatever ideas have come to you this year, so far. They are your creative babies and it is your responsibility to nurture their development and release them to feed the world in their own way.
If you haven’t already, take some time for inward focus & some deep, radical self-care, along with a mental health break! We have to honor how we feel periodically, even if the culture would have us numbed-out, dumbed down and constantly distracted. It’s like spring cleaning for your “feelers” – that Inner Empath that you are – that feels & senses what is best for you (and your family or community that you love). Use this energy to tune-in to what messages your particular moods have for you as well. Be sure to remind yourself over & over to ‘think with your feelings’ or ‘think with your heart’ and be aware of your own sensitivity & boundary issues. It may be time to reestablish that on some level so that you are clear and capable of discerning whether it is your own feelings & thoughts that you are picking up along the way, or someone else’s nearby.
Either way, it’s always good to slow down to do your own inner process & self-reflection to make sure that you are not operating on auto-pilot when the current path is so changeable. The last thing I think this one will be good for is conjuring up memories from the past or you may feel the Ancestors close by, so be sure to call in the loving, benevolent, well Ancestors if you are looking for a message or confirmation. It is time to be more caring & compassionate overall, but we don’t have to be push-overs either. It is time to ask what feeds your mind & mental health on the deeper levels and what creative babies you are feeding & nurturing at this time.
Finally, this is also where Mercury is going to Retrograde 6/29 – 7/23 so prepare to do your review of the ideas & thinking that guide your Cancer House. If we shift our thinking there, then integrating new containers in Capricorn will go much smoother, as will the growth & change we will have to do in our Aries/Libra Houses.
6/2 • Sun (energy & focus) ~sextile~ Saturn (order & structure):
This current energy encourages a deeper commitment to organization & order in your life & environment, especially as the Sun brings forth much-needed clarity. Saturn’s involvement signals that practical, responsible actions lead to rewarding outcomes. Conversely, neglect or leaving matters unresolved may swiftly incur consequences, which can be a form of instant karma. Even if faced with such energies or challenges, it is vital to perceive them not as personal reprimands but as Saturn’s way of illuminating your current limitations in the here & now. Understanding these limitations proves invaluable when making choices & decisions about the future. This activation grants access to self-discipline and the capacity to thoroughly explore & contemplate all available options before reaching a decision. It is an opportune period to concentrate on professional aspirations and construct or clarify an achievable blueprint for the future. Seeking guidance from a trusted, knowledgeable elder—one possessing more wisdom & experience than you currently possess—can be immensely beneficial. If direct action toward your goals is not feasible today, invest time in meditation, mentally & visually connecting with your plan & strategy.
6/3 • Mercury (thinking & communication) ~square~ Neptune (illusions & delusions):
This energy brings forth a blend of blessings & challenges. It offers a favorable time for spiritual exploration and infusing your dreams with some energy, if your schedule permits. However, it also signifies a period prone to significant misunderstandings among individuals. It is crucial to consider your words before speaking, as the potential for misinterpretation or complete misunderstanding is heightened this week. Guard against allowing your longing for dreams to cloud your judgment or lead you astray into illusions or delusions. This energy may prompt deliberate deception in some individuals, while others must exercise caution not to be misled. It is advisable to adhere to facts or maintain silence for the time being. There might be a temptation to withhold information to avoid potential confrontations—however, it is best to resist this urge. Instead, focus on communication with your Self, your Higher Self, and God/Spirit today. If engaging with others, ensure absolute clarity in explaining yourself to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
6/5 • Juno Retro in AQUARIUS (until Sept 16th):
Juno represents how we do partnership – on all levels, but intimacy in particular. This is a time when we are supported to re-set & re-negotiate our roles & responsibilities within the context of our interactions with others. Some things have run their course, as the last time she was here was Nov 2021 – May 2022. We have all grown tremendously in that time. Life is different and our values & priorities are different so we have the opportunity for a very clean slate. Our current collaborations can use the upgrade to a new level and it sets the foundation to attract in new support from others. This is a time when we can also rebirth what we would like to be “known for” in our partnerships. For example, when you are actively parenting young children, you are “known” as their Mother, however, once they grow up and you hit Empty Next, you want to be “known” for something different. That goes for ANY roles or responsibilities which have outgrown their usefulness, especially privately. It is also a great time to check-in with the general stability & fortitude of your primary relationships and do whatever maintenance needs to be done at this time to ensure a successful future of conscious equal partnership with all life!
It is important to remember that we have agreed to new terms so now, so when she moves through Aquarius, we know that we are also recalibrating our independence, sovereignty & freedom within the context of all our relationships, partnerships & collaborations (at home or work). If we cannot feel that things are fair & balanced or if there is constant ego-battles and drama at every turn, then it is not going to work – on any level (private or public). The best thing to do with this energy is detach & discover the larger vision or perspective for your life at this time. After a lot of closure in recent months, now is the time to dream up how you would like to navigate your partnerships in the future. It is time to take advantage of Juno lingering in your Capricorn & Aquarius Houses/Areas of Life so that you can recalibrate your primary relationships so that they reflect the personal upgrades that we have all gone through lately.
