8/9 • Mercury Enters LEO (until Aug 25th):
As Mercury moves into Leo, we get the benefit of the recent Cancer Retrograde to be more creative and make new connections to how we’d like to express ourselves. This year more than ever, it is time to “think with your feelings” – don’t let the Monkey Mind lead! Naturally, the external will begin to reflect the upgrade to your internal consciousness as you integrate all that you’ve learned in the last year or so. In Leo, we are deeply supported to activate our most unique genius & brilliant creativity or at least infuse our ideas with some new beauty, essence, love, light & truth. Get creative and be open, optimistic, playful & detached from outcome as you play with new ways of communicating with others and expressing your Self in a more authentic way. This is most relevant for those with strong Leo/Aquarius and Taurus/Scorpio energies in your chart.

8/10 • Venus (relationships & resources) ~trine~ Pluto (purification & transformation):
When Pluto enters the scene, intensity rises, allowing you to perceive your SoulSelf with heightened clarity. Venus, on the other hand, illuminates what truly matters to you, your personal values, priorities & preferences around your relationships & resources. If change is in the air, then this harmonious alignment facilitates smoother purification & transformation than usual. So, what changes are you prepared to make? How have your values & priorities shifted in the past year? Beware of delusions of grandeur where your relationships (old & new) and/or your finances are concerned. Basically, you should keep your true priorities in mind and you will be fine, but if you are deluded to any extent, it may be revealed at this time. It is time to balance what is truly important to you in your interactions with others and the vision for the long-term goal of the collaboration. You can have an ideal romantic experience with this energy, but remember true love takes time, hard work & dedication, while romance tends to come & go. This energy tends to make you give and give and give in a relationship thinking that it will inspire the other to respond in kind, and ultimately you end up empty-handed & drained because your motives weren’t correct, you were doing it with expectation (consciously or not), which almost always will lead to disappointment. A better use of this energy is to focus on any kind of artistic or altruistic endeavors.

This opposition highlights the clash between your conscious thoughts and your subconscious motivations, encouraging a profound exploration of the potency wielded by your mind and its ideas. Take a moment to ponder: how have your thoughts influenced the decisions that you have made in the past 6-months? Are you still governed by outdated ideas or negative thought patterns? We are amid a phase of breaking old patterns and reshaping them into more positive & effective forms. While you can still embody your true values & priorities, there has been a shift within you. This cosmic blessing enables alignment with greater personal integrity & authenticity, which permeates into everything you cherish & hold dear. Relationships might feel unusually charged. Established relationships could experience a shake-up, adding a sprinkle of extra “spice,” while new relationships sparked during this time may be invigorating & unconventional, yet potentially short-lived. However, this brevity is not necessarily negative! It is an ideal opportunity for experimenting with fresh ideas and new ways of expressing, discovering what truly resonates with your heart. 8/11 • Mars Enters CANCER (until Sept 27th):
Mars is about who you are & what you want, your goals and how you make moves to accomplish them. It inspires your actions & choices and rules the Sacred Masculine part of your nature – that is the part of you that negotiates on your own behalf, gets your ideas in the world & holds good boundaries. In Watery Cancer, actions are motivated by emotions & feelings. The Cancer Crab moves backwards & sideways before it goes forward and that can frustrate Mars’ natural inclinations to charge ahead. It is best to use that energy to get in touch with how you really feel about your own Identity & Purpose. It is time to up-your-game in the Self-Care Dept! Mars is only here every 2-years, so it is a good re-set for your body & physical rhythms so that you can go forward with those creative ideas & bigger dreams! Delegate what you can and consciously direct your energy toward the current priority (Cancer House) especially because this is a once-in-2-years Initiation of managing your personal life in new & different ways. Recalibrate your home & work schedules according to your Feeling Nature – not your ego or your Monkey Mind. What balance of input/output or give & take feels right to you, the individual? When Mars is in Cancer, our choices & actions are much more influenced by feelings, than facts. So devote some time to improving your Sacred Space, your private little corner of the world where it is, can & should be ALL about YOU – in a good way! In a replenishing way! It’s time to create your comfort zone, set up your space & prepare your energy to be poured into passion & creativity once Mars moves into Leo.

8/11 • Juno Rx RE-Enters CAPRICORN (until Oct 23rd):
Juno represents how we do partnership – on all levels, but intimacy in particular. This is a time when we are supported to re-set and re-negotiate our roles & responsibilities within the context of our interactions with others. Some things have run their course, as the last time she was here was Nov 2021. We have all grown tremendously in that time. Life is different and our values & priorities are different, which means that we have the opportunity for a very clean slate. Our current collaborations can use the upgrade to a new level and it sets the foundation to attract all new support from others. This is a time when we can also rebirth what we would like to be “known for” in our partnerships. For example, when you are actively parenting young children, you are “known” as the Parent, however, once they grow up and you hit Empty Next, you want to be “known” for something different. That goes for ANY roles or responsibilities which have outgrown their usefulness. It is also a great time to check-in with the general stability & fortitude of your primary relationships and do whatever maintenance needs to be done at this time to ensure a successful future of conscious equal partnership.

Juno is going to finish up with Capricorn and head on back to Aquarius, where it Retrograded to reset how you express your own sovereignty & remain true to your Self within the context of your most cherished relationships. It is time to finish the review that has been taking place since the first of the year and take advantage of Juno lingering in your Capricorn & Aquarius Houses/Areas of Life so that you can recalibrate your primary relationships so that they reflect the personal upgrades that we have all gone through lately.

8/12 • Mercury (ideas, thoughts & concepts) ~sextile~ Uranus (awakening & radical change):
This energy encourages embracing change and doing things in a new & different way, as you adjust to the new normal for right now. This is an opportunity to gain traction with your ideas, navigate positive shifts and shake things up in a beneficial manner. However, if the idea of new or different feels overwhelming & chaotic rather than uplifting & invigorating, it may signal a need for introspection to assess any mental rigidity or holding onto old ideas that have run their course. Resisting the current of change could exacerbate challenges associated with this energy, like being scattered & indecisive. Now is also an opportune moment to address recurring issues or long-standing obstacles, as ignoring them will not lead to their resolution. If you have been stuck in repetitive patterns, consider embracing fresh perspectives and alternative approaches. Be alert to new ideas & choices that may present themselves during this time, because of your *Awakened* perspective. Stay open to unexpected opportunities, events & concepts, and allow space for spontaneous creativity & unusual insights to guide you. Embrace the possibility of veering off your intended or usual path to explore new ideas, rhythms or environments – anything to stimulate inspiration & imagination.

8/12 • Ceres Enters CANCER (until 5.21.2027):
Ceres rules how we nurture and like to be nurtured. As it moves through the Signs, it also moves through your respective Houses, activating your Planets and bringing some much-needed loving, caring, nurturing, maternal energy to those zones. It takes about 5-years for Ceres to move through all 12-Signs so the last time it was in Cancer was May 2022 and (fyi) the next time will be June 2031. It’s time for adjustments & improvements to our personal containers and a concentrated dose of nourishment in our Cancer/Capricorn and Aries/Libra Departments by default. It is a once-in-5-years renewal in the Cancer zone, and this is your Emotional Health & Personal Security, how you process your feelings and secure your home base or foundation. After the couple of years that we have had, this is critical to co-create with consciously. It is also good to note that Ceres is going to Retrograde here, extending her stay from the usual 2-3 months to 9-months. You are supported to re-set how you feel about home & work in the context of what really feeds, nourishes & protects you and what you love and are passionate about. We should give some extra attention to improving our Emotional Well-Being in any way we can. Feed your Soul on some level, check-in with your body to see what really nourishes & feeds you on a physical level. Protect your peace by keeping good, healthy boundaries with others. Ceres in Cancer gives you the energy to nurture your Self like a loving parent would – tend to your personal needs, do some deep self-care, review all your journals and list the *Highlights* of all that you have cultivated & developed and can now release to clear space for renewed self-love, joy & creativity.

8/12 • LEO New Moon/Solar Eclipse (#2 of 5):
As the Sun enters Leo each year, we arrive at an Annual Heart Check-In where Life asks a simple but profound question: Are you being true to your Self? Leo activates Self-Love, Self-Worth, Creativity and the courage to express your unique Light from the inside-out. This is the season to become more congruent, where your inner truth & outer life tell the same story. Whatever is cultivated within eventually reveals itself under pressure, so this is a powerful time to strengthen your connection to your own authentic nature rather than seeking approval or living according to someone else’s expectations. Leo reminds us that true leadership comes through embodiment, not appearance, and that your unique gifts are meant to be shared with your community.

This year, Leo Season carries even greater significance as we begin a brand-new Leo/Aquarius Eclipse Cycle while simultaneously completing our work with the Virgo/Pisces Eclipses. I call 2026 an Overlap Year, where one cycle is ending as another begins. Eclipses are cosmic course-correctors that interrupt familiar patterns so that we can realign with our Soul’s true path. Reflect on previous Leo/Aquarius Eclipse years: 2018-19, 2008-09, 1998-2000 and 1989-91. Use those revelations to identify recurring themes around creativity, leadership, self-expression, community & purpose. These cycles often reveal the next chapter long before we fully understand where it is leading.

The energy is amplified even further because Jupiter has entered Leo for the first time in 12-years, expanding opportunities for confidence, creativity, joy & authentic self-expression. Together, Jupiter and the new Eclipse Cycle are initiating far-reaching new beginnings that will extend way beyond this year. At the same time, the emerging Leo/Aquarius lessons ask us to balance individuality with community, heart with mind, personal leadership with collective responsibility and creativity with collaboration. The healthiest communities are built by individuals who know who they are and freely contribute their unique gifts, making this a powerful season to renew both your relationship with your Self and your place within the larger collective story.

This Leo New Moon invites you to consciously call in your own Next-Level Self. Rather than repeating old patterns in new circumstances, you are being asked to embody a more authentic version of who you have become. Ask yourself: Where am I still dimming my Light? What creative fire is ready to emerge? How can I contribute more fully without compromising my authenticity? The more consciously you participate with these Eclipse energies, the less Life needs to redirect you through external events. Trust that your heart already knows the way forward. When you honor your own Light, you naturally illuminate the path for others, and that is one of the true gifts of Leo.

This moment presents a great opportunity to beautify your ideas & clarify your thoughts, refining & enriching them to resonate more authentically with your own unique essence. Under this influence, relationships tend to have an ease about them, with communication seeming effortless. It gently directs your focus toward emotions, inspiring feelings of love & beauty which infuses your thoughts & ideas too. It is a delicious phase to delve deeply into your own creativity or engage in activities that awaken your Inner Artist. You can opt for a light-hearted approach and momentarily release the weight of the usual burdens. Pleasure-seeking through activities like reading, strolling along the beach, enjoying a play or exploring a museum would enrich your week, if possible.

Pallas represents our individual wisdom, healing capacity & unique genius – the wisdom that you naturally embody & express.
