This energy makes you want to get things done, by any means necessary and you may tend to come on a little strong – but it’s all good. The work you want to do, is work that needs to be done and in doing it and facing things head-on, you will gain insights about your Self that fortify your foundation so that your life can evolve to the next level organically.
5/5 ~ Beltane/Taurus Gate of Power:
Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall are all active periods, often with a lot of movement, change & choices to be made. The Gates of Power mark the MidPoint between these Initiations and MidPoints are always potent, creative times that allow you to prune the non-essential, while anchoring what is real or alive. This Cross Quarter is an infinitely fertile time ‘in between’ ~ a place also referred to as the “Sweet Spot” – that very thin membrane between Seed and New Life … between Spring Equinox (seed) and Summer Solstice (new life).
4/29 ~ Saturn Retrograde @20* CAPRICORN:
This is Saturn’s first time in Capricorn since 1988-1990 and today brings its second & final retro in its home sign (next year, 2020, it will retro in Aquarius and go direct in Capricorn and that will be it for another 28+ years). So this is a tremendous amount of stabilizing energy that you can direct consciously, on your own behalf.
4/22 ~ Sun (essential self & core drives) ~conjunct~ Uranus (disruption & liberation):
This energy serves to provoke a radical shift within you, catalyzing the desire to breathe fresh, clean, new vital energy into your idea of who you are and what you came to contribute. It may not be comfortable, but it is necessary and even moreso for those of you who are rigid in your habits & thinking, or depend on others to validate who you are and what you contribute.
4/14 ~ Sun (source & essential Self) ~trine~ Jupiter (expansion):
This is a blessing of Source energy fueling your biggest dreams & visions for your life, this lifetime. You are encouraged to take advantage of the good *vibe* available when these two get together to expand your life’s direction in a big way. This activation is often blessings from previous dedication.
4/7 ~ Mercury (communication) ~sextile~ Saturn (responsibility):

This energy is really good for being able to objectively see what needs to be changed, fixed or stabilized in your life or environment. One expression of this energy is a tendency toward depression or apathy, but a better expression would be facing what needs to be done and following through on what you have begun.

This is a mixed blessing, but definitely an initiation either way. It can be miraculous for creativity, art or exploration. I like this one for a personal ‘conversation with God’, your Higher Self, your SoulSelf. As with any initiation, a completion must come first …
