A better use of Saturn’s amazing energy is to slow down and check in with your personal base. How organized are you in general? Are you naturally focused and self-directed or do you succeed more often when you have a structure? This is a time to develop or fortify your Inner Authority to make choices & decisions on your own behalf, with courage & confidence. Take time to organize your thoughts or create a plan or strategy for adjusting to the changes (seemingly) being forced on you at this time. Start with small, manageable goals because accomplishing them will also give you the momentum & fortitude to go after the bigger goals. It’s time to release fear & doubt and redefine your reality on some level, if nothing else, for the new year alone.

5/17 ~ Sun (core essential Self) ~trine~ Pluto (purification & transformation):
This energy makes you want to get things done, by any means necessary and you may tend to come on a little strong – but it’s all good. The work you want to do, is work that needs to be done and in doing it and facing things head-on, you will gain insights about your Self that fortify your foundation so that your life can evolve to the next level organically. This intense and powerful energy is transformative in nature and will provoke you to think deeply about your life; what you need, desire and deserve. You may find that some aspects of your life need to be reformed or released – go for it – this energy makes reform and release easier than usual.

5/11 ~ TAURUS New Moon:
Every year, at this time, we tend to our individual Gardens, that sacred place where everything we love has a place to grow, develop & bear fruit. What are you cultivating in your Garden at this time? This is always a chance to begin anew, anchoring the new ideas that just got activated with the Aries New Moon a month ago (4/11), while also practicing the new routines that will help manifest and sustain whatever you’re creating at this time. Taurus energy, whether beginning or completing, always gives you the opportunity to assess your priorities. What is REALLY important – right now? What nourishes, supports and sustains you right now?

5/2 ~ Mercury (ideas, thoughts & concepts) ~trine~ Pluto (rebirth & transformation):
This activation makes any deep delving within easier and more fruitful. It encourages you to ask the deeper questions, clarify your deeper feelings and trust your intuitive, gut-hunches that are telling you something has to die so that some other aspect of your consciousness can live. You will want to explore your inner Self, sort through recently gathered information and try to understand better what your natural process really is. It is best to be alone for such research. Take a day or a weekend and grab your most powerful books & music and get somewhere beautiful if you can, and if not, then your bedroom will do just fine – then dig deep! You are finally ready for the deeper truth, and you will be transformed by what you learn.

4/25 ~ Mercury (communication/expression) ~square~ Saturn (limits/reality):
This energy is good for deep self-reflection and intentional solitude rather than negotiating with others as it can create challenges around communication & self-expression. It is easier to feel misunderstood when trying to convey something or you may seem a little down to others when it’s more of a serious, not necessarily a “negative” vibration. This is not usually good energy for business negotiations unless every detail is very clear to all involved. This energy often makes you most critical of your Self, but it could trickle over onto others as well. Basically, Saturn helps you see where there is any weakness & instability, so you’re recognizing what needs to be fixed or fortified, and Mercury can actually be useful for learning.

4/18 ~ Mercury (communication & self-expression) ~conjunct~ Sun (core essential Self & Source energy):  
This energy will compel you to express yourself on many levels. Communication will be a focus, just make sure it is reciprocated. What I mean is two-way communication and exchange of ideas. As you initiate this new cycle of self-expression, you will have access to some powerful energy that can (and probably will) help you make a difference or an impression on others (if you need to). This is a good time to travel if possible. However, if not physically, then mentally (through visualization) or within your own area (locally), because if you explore a new direction, you are more likely to discover something new. This energy opens you up to a download of more information than usual. Pay attention! If you are solid and organized, you may even gain some much-deserved recognition from others that you have earned through your individual efforts.

Ok y’all, this week is going to be intense one way or another. There is a lot to cover and this update is a little longer than most, so grab some tea and your journal and prepare for a personal *Check-IN* with this one! Right now, we are basking in the “clean slate” energy of Aries – give yourself the gift of renewal at this time and tap into the literal balance that is available at this time. There is also this delicious combined energies of Mercury in Aries, Mars in Gemini & Jupiter in Aquarius so even as we are transforming from the inside-out, we are also being nudged by this crew to expand the vision of what we believe is actually possible for ourselves, each other or the planet. This energy is good for creating the balance between self & other. It is good for trying new things & meeting new people, if/when possible. It creates a good vibe and balanced masculine/feminine energy that allows a nice exchange between self and other. This is a good time to be creative, so be cognizant of any ideas that come to you right now, even if you cannot implement them right away. This is a happy, upbeat energy, so if you can be sociable, by all means, get out and mingle. It’s possible to attract someone under this influence as well. The best thing to do with this energy is get involved with new and progressive projects or people. It’s all very positive.

3/28 ~ LIBRA Full Moon:
Can you feel the process that you have been through, personally, over the last 6-months? Can you feel the Universe reshaping, repositioning you to birth a whole new way of living on Earth and relating with other living beings? In order to do that, relate in a whole new way with Life, we’ve undergone quite a rigorous release process over the last 6-months alone. When you ‘shed skins’, you have to know that you are raw & vulnerable as you grow new skin or if it is a new birth of any kind, there is that initial stage of development that immediately follows birth that is the most vital for the health & well-being of the (creative) baby.
